Rules for the Webmaster of the Win.Casino Affiliate Program

These Rules establish the terms and conditions of cooperation between the webmaster and the Win.Casino Affiliate Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Affiliate Program"). By starting to work with the Affiliate Program, the webmaster (hereinafter referred to as the "Partner") confirms that they fully agree with the terms of these Rules.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Rules govern the relationship between the Partner and the Affiliate Program, including the rights and obligations of the parties, data protection issues, and content requirements.

1.2. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time without notifying the Partner. The current version of the Rules is always available on the Affiliate Program's website and is considered effective upon publication. A chronological record of changes is not maintained.

1.3. By starting cooperation with the Affiliate Program, the Partner confirms they are at least 18 years old and understand the legal requirements of their country of residence, including those related to the promotion of gambling products.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. To participate in the Affiliate Program, the Partner must create an account, providing accurate information, including an email address and contact details.

2.2. The Partner is responsible for protecting their login and password from unauthorized access. The program is not liable for any losses arising from third-party access to the Partner's account.

2.3. It is recommended to use two-factor authentication to secure the Partner's account.

2.4. The Partner is prohibited from transferring, selling, or providing access to their account to third parties without prior written approval from the Affiliate Program.

2.5. Referred players are attributed to the Partner whose advertising campaign attracted the player for the first time.

3. Content Requirements

3.1. The Partner agrees to use advertising materials in accordance with the terms specified in the Affiliate Program and to comply with all applicable legal and ethical standards, including the prohibition of misleading or inaccurate content.

3.2. All advertising created by the Partner must target an adult audience. The Partner is responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in the country where the product is promoted.

3.3. The use of prohibited advertising formats (e.g., pop-ups, aggressive spam, etc.) and content containing false information, insults, threats, and other unacceptable elements is prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of cooperation with the Affiliate Program unilaterally.

3.4. The program reserves the right to amend content requirements and notify the Partner via the personal account or any available means of communication with the Partner.

4. Liability and Warranties

4.1. The Partner assumes full responsibility for all content posted within the framework of cooperation with the Affiliate Program, as well as for compliance with laws and regulations in their country.

4.2. The program is not liable for any losses or claims resulting from the Partner's actions or their violation of these Rules.

4.3. The Partner agrees to indemnify the Affiliate Program for any losses incurred due to the Partner's wrongful actions.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. The Partner agrees not to disclose confidential information obtained during cooperation with the Affiliate Program to third parties and to use it solely for fulfilling their obligations under this agreement.

5.2. The Affiliate Program agrees not to disclose the Partner's personal data to third parties without their consent, except as required by law.

6. Termination of Cooperation

6.1. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to terminate cooperation with any Partner at any time without explanation, withholding funds stored in the Partner's account in the Affiliate Program.

6.2. The Program may suspend or terminate the Partner's account in case of violations of these Rules or applicable legal requirements, with funds stored in the Partner's account withheld by the Affiliate Program.

6.3. In the event of termination of cooperation, the Partner must remove all advertising materials related to the Affiliate Program and cease any activities associated with promoting Win.Casino.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. These Rules are mandatory for all Partners of the Affiliate Program. If a Partner disagrees with any clauses, they must cease using the Affiliate Program and remove all materials related to its promotion.

7.2. In case of disputes, the parties will strive to resolve them through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled in court in accordance with applicable law.

These Rules constitute the entire agreement between the Affiliate Program and the Partner and take effect upon the Partner's registration in the Program's system.
